3、rmetalliccompoundcoatingbycoldspraying.TheresultshowsthatthelowtemperaturemechanicalmillingtogetherofNiandTiwasusedtoproduceametastablemechanicalmillingpowderthatWascapableofapplyingforcoldspraying.MechanicalmillingtimesignificantlyaffectsthelayeredstructurethicknessoftheNi/Tipowder.Thelaye
4、rstructurethicknessofthepowderbecomemoreandmoredenseandthehardnessisalsogrowingwiththeincreasingmechanicalmillingtime.TheSHSphenomenonoccurredincoldsprayingmechanicalmillingNi/Tipowder.ThegastemperatureignitingtheSHSreactionduringcoldsprayingdecreasedwithincreasingofballmillingtime.Thethick
5、nessesofcomingsdepositedreducedobviouslywiththeincreasingmillingtimeofNi/Tipowder.ThedepositionefficiencyofNi/TicoatingWassignificantlyinfluencedbytheSHSreaction.Heatingofthecoatingsdepositedfollowingmillingfor4or8hrsuptotemperaturesintotherange900~1050℃bringaboutitstransformationintoNi3Ti,
6、NiTiandNiTi2intermetalliccompoundsandthecoatingwithmillingof14hheatingto600-900。CbringsaboutitstransformationonlyintoNi3TiandNiTi2,NiTiisnotexist.Thetransformationtemperaturesofintermetalliccompoundsphaseincoldsprayedcoatingdeclineevidentlywiththeincreasingofmillingtime.Keywords:Mechanicalm
