2、sanimportantsubjectthatscientistsalwaysconcern.Forbolaformsurfactants,thestudyofadsorptionbehaviorcurrentlyisonlyabouttheadsorptionequilibriumstate,andthestudyonthedynamicadsorptionprocessandadsorptionintheexternalperturbationhasneverbeenreported.Inthispaper,anovelbolafor

3、msurfactant,1,12-dihistidinediaminododecane(H2D),withbiodegradabilityandbiologicalcompatibility,wasselectedastheresearchobject.Theadsorptionbehaviorsattheair-waterinterfaceofH2DandthemixedsystemsofHzD/smallsurfactant(CTAB)andH2D/polymer-basedsurfactant(chitosan—basedsurfa

4、ctant)werestudiedbysurfacetension,dynamicsurfacetension,surfacedilationalviscoelasticityandothermethods.Thefollowedarethemainresults.1.InH2D/saltsystem,H2DadoptedareversedU—shapedconformationoncetheadsorptionsaturationstatewasreached.TworelaxationprocesseswereobserveforH2

5、D,whicharefastprocessandslowprocess.TheformeronewascausedbythemoleculardiffusionfrombulktointerfaceandthelatteronewascausedbytherelaxationofH2Dmoleculesatinterface.Moreover,thedynamicadsorptionbehaviorofH2Dwasrelatedtotheagingtime,solutionconcentration,electricofH2D,thety

6、peandconcentrationofelectrolyte,andtemperature.Intherangeoftheexperimentalconditions,thestabilityofH2Dmembranewasthebestwhentheconcentrationofsaltwas0.3mol/LandpHvaluewas8.2.2.ForH2D/CTABmixedsystem,thecriticalmicelleconcentration(cmc)wasslightlylowerthanthatofpureCTABsys
