3、solutionforatotalof24hours.喷涂一指定涂料体系的锅子中，盛放10%的氯化钠（盐水）溶液，煮沸24hrs。(3)APPARATUS仪器3.1Heatsource热源3.210%NaCLsolution10%的氯化钠溶液3.3.De-ionizedWater去离子水(4)PREPARATION准备4.1Preparetestspecimensinaccordancetotheprocedureoutlinedontheproductfactsheetforproperapplication,dryin

4、gandbakingofthespecifiedTeflon.system.按照产品技术说明书的程序要求正确准备测试样品，干燥并烘烤指定的特富龙涂料体系。4.2Prepare10%byweight,saltsolutionbycombining8tablespoons(106gr)TableSaltand4cups(960gr)de-ionizedwater.将8汤匙（106gr）食盐溶解于4杯去离子水中以得到重量百分比10%的食盐溶液。4.3Prepareamilddishdetergentsolutionwithtap

5、water.用去离子水配备适度浓度的洗涤剂溶液。(5)PROCEDURE程序5.1.Washthetestspecimensindishdetergentsolution.用洗涤剂清洗测试样品。lRinseincoldwater.冷水淋洗测试样品。lDrythoroughly.完全干燥。lVisuallyinspectcoatingsurfaceforsurfacedefects.用肉眼检查涂料表面缺陷。lDrawadiagramofthetestspecimensurface.用圆规画出测试面积表面草图。lRecorda

6、llsurfaceimperfectionsonthereferencediagram.在草图上标出所有的表面缺陷。5.2Pourthe10%saltsolutionintothecleantestspecimentoalevelpastthemidwaypointofthesidewallofthevessel.倒入10%的食盐水溶液于测试样品中，至少要达到其内壁一半的高度lMarkthewaterlevelonthesidewallofthetestspecimen.在测试样品内壁标注水面高度lCoverthetest

7、specimenwithalid.盖上盖子。5.3.Placethetestspecimenontheheatsource.Boilthesolutionfor24hours.将测试样品放在热源上，加热溶液24hrs。lBoilthesolutionfor24hours.Addde-ionizedwatertomaintainthewaterlevelwithin15mm(6.6inches)atalltimes.煮沸溶液24hrs。每隔一定时间（半小时左右）添加去离子水，以保持水面高度偏差在15mm(6.6inches)

8、以内。lThe24hourperiodmaybecontinuousor,alternately,maycompriseIfthe8hourintervalisused,removefortheheatsourcesafely.24小时可以是连续，也可以间断进行。比如可以选用8小时一个循环，总共三个循环
