1、XX大学毕业设计题目电磁离合器变速式数控车床主传动系统设计学院机械工程学院专业机械工程及自动化班级XXXX学生XXX学号XXXXXX指导教师XXX二〇一五年五月三十日摘要当前,随着社会生产力的发展,机床技术的进步,高精度、高自动化的数控车床需求量显著增多,而数控车床又具有大功率、高转速、自动变速、主轴转速范围广等特点,所以在机床行业,数控车床成为重要的生产力量。本论文首先介绍了数控机床在国内外发展的过程与现状以及选题目的与意义,并分析了其存在的一些问题;对数控机床发展趋势进行了简单探讨;并对CK6140数控车床主轴箱传动系统进行了分析、设计与计算。主轴箱是由安装在精密轴承中的空心主轴和
2、一系列变速齿轮组成。在调速范围内,数控车床主轴可以获得的任意速度,以满足加工切削要求。目前,数控车床的发展趋势是通过电气与机械装置实现无级变速。变频电机通过带传动和变速齿轮为主轴提供动力,主轴箱内串联变速齿轮来扩大齿轮的变速范围。本设计将带轮不卸荷结构变为了带轮卸荷结构,使输入轴在带轮处只受转矩,将轴上的径向力传动到车床箱体上,改善了输入轴的受力情况。关键词:主轴箱;无级调速;传动系统ABSTRACTAtpresent,withthedevelopmentofthesocialproductiveforces,theprogressofmachinetechnology,high-pr
