1、固定单价施工合同篇一：固定总价合同与固定单价合同固定总价合同固定总价合同是目前建筑市场常见的一种施工承包合同形式。一、固定总价合同的的性质、特点及风险固定总价合同，俗称“闭口合同”、“包死合同”。所谓“固定”，是指这种价款一经约定，除业主增减工程量和设计变更外，一律不调整。所谓“总价”，是指完成合同约定范围内工程量以及为完成该工程量而实施的全部工作的总价款。固定总价合同在目前的建筑市场上颇受青睐，特别是外资企业业主更是普遍采用这类合同。这是因为这类合同与固定单价合同、按实结算合同、成本加酬金合同相比具有明显的优势，更能保护业主的利益
