1、热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术(SystemB)和高温牙胶热塑注射充填法(Obtura2)相结合根管充填效果的研究刘敏苏东旭冯艳华邓刚(焦作市五官医院河南焦作454000)【摘要】R的：观察和分析热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术(SystemB)与高温牙胶热塑注射充填法(0btun2)联合根管充填的根管封闭能力及临床效果。方法：选取2012年6月到2014年8月患牙76颗，根管预备后随机分为两组，其屮分别对照组38颗使用单纯Obtura2注射法，治疗组38颗热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术SystemB与Obtura2联合应用法进行根管充填，采用葡萄糖定量检测法，填充后第1,10,15,20,25,30
2、天分别测定葡萄糖的浓度；并在37°C,100%湿度恒温箱屮保存6个月后，进行染料渗透实验和扫描电镜观察。结果：葡萄糖定量法检测在第1天两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05>;第10天起，两组渗漏量差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);扫描电镜显示治疗组根管充填材料与根管壁的结合最为紧密。结论：通过运用热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填技术(SystemB)与高温牙胶热塑注射充填法(Obtura2)联合根管充填封闭效果优于单纯Obtun2注射式充填，值得临床推广应用.【关键词】SystemB;Obtura2；根管充填；封闭能力【中图分类号】R781【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1003-5028
