1、漂洁上光剂在吸耳球清洗中使用效果观察1•广西南宁市妇幼保健院南宁530011;2•美国鲁沃夫(中国)培训中心杭州310005【摘要】目的缩短产科吸耳球干燥时间,提高清洗质量。方法将产科使用后的吸耳球随机分为A实验组、B对照组,每组各237只;两组均采用手工清洗方法,A组采用的手工清洗流程为,预处理■多酶清洗■漂洗■终末漂洗・90°C湿热消毒1分钟■使用软化水按1:300比例配置鲁沃夫漂洁上光剂抽吸浸泡10秒钟■干燥柜65°C〜75°C干燥20分钟;B组采用的手工清洗流程为,预处理■多酶清洗■漂洗■终末漂洗(软化水)-90°C湿热消毒1分钟■干燥柜65°C〜75°C干
2、燥20分钟,分别采用细菌培养法、目测法观察两组器械清洗后的干燥效果。结果A组的细菌培养合格率分别是3月份90%、4月份100%>5月份95%,目测检查合格率分别是96.6%;B组细菌培养法合格率分别是3月份60%、4月份50%、5月份70%,目测检查合格率为63.7%,A组的实验结果明显优于B组。结论鲁沃夫漂洁上光剂能有效提高产科吸耳球的清洗质量,解决因疏水性差,器械结构特殊引起干燥不彻底等问题。【关键词】漂洁上光剂;吸耳球;干燥;效果ObservationoftheEfficacyofRinseAidintheCleaningofAurilaveDengXiyan
