1、摘要涉密信息在传输和存储中的安全是许多军事部门、政府部门、企业和个人十分关心的问题。保证涉密信息在网络和其他信道上传输的安全，在通信网络越来越发达的今天，显得无比重要。由于加密技术不能隐藏秘密信息的存在，容易引起怀疑、攻击、破坏甚至遭到破解。数字密写恰能弥补加密技术的缺陷，在安全隐蔽通信方面具有迫切的需求和广阔的应用前景。本文首先概述了数字密写在隐蔽通信方面的研究现状，分析了数字密写目前存在的问题，强调了安全数字密写的重要性和面临的挑战。然后介绍了数字密写的基本原理、基本方法和数字密写协议。重点研究了数字密写算法的安全性理论和安全性评价，分析了目前主要的感知性评价指标

2、和评价方法，总结出了数字密写算法提高不可感知性的密写策略。在此基础上重点研究了图像小波域密写与密写分析现状，为了提高其安全性，提出了在小波域中频系数范围6和。之间保持直方图统计特性不变的安全密写方案。该方案不仅能抵抗频谱分析和能量差定量分析，还能抵抗压缩编码。算法安全性实验分析表明，安全性明显提高。最后，根据目前安全隐蔽通信的应用需求，结合上述安全数字密写算法及其系统安全性研究，设计并实现了一个安全性高、可扩展的数字密写系统。论文最后在总结上述工作的基础上，对安全数字密写研究进行了展望。关键词信息隐藏，隐蔽通信，离散小波变换，安全数字密写ABSTRACTMilitar
