1、安徽三联学院毕业论文工业企业预算治理的应用分析摘要：在全球经济尚未完全复苏的的大环境下，身处微利时代的工业企业，要想在如今激烈的竞争环境中取得生存获得发展是充满挑战的。由于我国国内工业企业产业聚集度低，核心技术缺乏，利润偏低，科研投入不足等特点，给我国工业企业的生存和发展带来了巨大的威胁，在这种情况下全面预算管理得到企业界的关注和重视。本文首先对工业企业全面预算管理的基本理论和概念进行了简要的介绍，其次分析了工业企业全面预算管理实际应用中存在的问题，最后通过对问题的分析得出加强宣传力度，提高全体成员全面预算管理意识、运用科学合理的全面预算编制方法、加强全面预算管理的事中控制与
