1、施工合同价格形式篇一：施工合同价款方式固定价格合同固定价格合同是指在约定的风险范围内价款不再调整的合同。双方需在专用条款内约定合同价款包含的风险范围、风险费用的计算方法以及承包风险范围以外的合同价款调整方法。可调总价合同又称为变动总价合同。合同价格是以图纸及规定、规范为基础，按照时价（CurrentPrice）进行计算，得到包括全部工程任务和内容的暂定合同价格。它是一种相对固定的价格，在合同执行过程中，由于通货膨胀等原因而使所使用的工、料成本增加时，可以按照合同约定对合同总价进行相应的调整。当然，一般由于设计变更、工程量变化和其他工程条件变化所引起的费用变化也可以
