2、板事故：由于支护不良或措施不力，可能造成冒顶事故，尤其是掘进窝头，会伤及作业人员。（安全技术措施十三、2）2、抬运溜槽、对接机尾时，人员协调不好，溜槽或机尾掉落伤人。（安全技术措施十三、12）3、放炮作业前，煤墙片帮形成的空间大于0.5m3以上时瓦斯员如果漏检会受到放炮震动波而引起瓦斯事故。（安全技术措施七、4）4、因角线、母线裸露而出现短接产生电火花引起事故（安全技术措施七、9）。5、打眼或放炮前，必须先有瓦检员对作业范围的空顶区域及作业附近20米范围内风流瓦斯进行监测，否则会因为瓦斯积聚偏高而造成瓦斯事故（安全技术措施七、4）。theirownconditions
