1、大涌水软岩条件下特高压水闸门硐室施工技术温国惠，曹忠，宋淑光，常显东，黄勃（淄博矿业集团有限责任公司岱庄煤矿，山东济宁272175）摘要本文重点介绍岱庄煤矿在施工-580m水平1160采区胶带上山水闸硐室过程中遇到泥岩、页岩等软岩和十下灰岩承受含水层大涌水等不利地质条件下，采用锚网(索)喷和配筋方式加固硐壁，铁皮配双注浆和围岩注浆帷幕隔离涌水点等特殊处理措施，建成岱庄煤矿5.8MPa特高压防水闸门硐室，总结了施工中采取的关键技术措施。关键词大涌水软岩特高压水闸门硐室施工岱庄煤矿当前正在开拓-580m二水平，
2、开采下组16、17较薄煤层。由于16、17煤层为受奥灰水威胁煤层，下组煤实行分区隔离开采，1160采区为-580m水平首采区，需要分别在1160采区轨道上山、1160采区胶带上山设置防水闸门硐室，防止突水淹井。目前矿井设置的防水闸门硐室多为小于4MPa的中低压防水闸门硐室，且多为设置在水文地质条件稳定的坚硬岩层中；由于受到采矿地质条件的限制，岱庄煤矿在施工1160采区胶带上山防水闸门硐室过程中，揭露的岩性有泥岩、十下灰、粉砂岩、粘土质泥岩等，层位岩性比较复杂，硐室底板十下灰岩承压含水层出现了大涌水，积极采用
