7、程工期紧、要求严、任务重、为了明确在施工全过程中各自的责、权、利，特制订该合同，具体事项如下：一、工程施工内容：阳新大道K1+030—K2+440段绿化栽植、养护。二、施工方式及工程造价：施工方式：由乙方全额带资完成全部施工任务。工程造价：约人民币400万元（具体明细见工程量总清单）。三、工期要求：按照甲方的工期要求完成，延误工期进行处罚。四、质量要求：达到工程验收合格标准。五、甲方权责：1、甲方提供工程所需水、电接口。2、甲方负责提供地下管线、文物、箱涵位置资料，协助乙方对上述项目进行保护、迁移。dstandar
