1、重庆市建设委员会关于印发《重庆市建设工程安全文明施工措施费用计取及使用管理规定》的通知 各区县（自治县）建委，有关单位：为贯彻落实市政府《关于全市安全生产基层基础突破年工作的实施意见》（渝府发[2010]2号）和市委、市政府关于开展城市环境综合整治的总体要求，进一步加强房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程安全文明施工管理工作和实体水平，保障安全文明施工措施费用的合理计取与有效投入，规范建筑工地安全文明施工行为，根据国家相关政策、技术标准以及《重庆市房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程现场文明施工标准》（渝建发[2008]169号），结合
