1、摘要谐波传动减速器(简称谐波减速器)是一种新型减速器,由于其具有减速比大、重量轻、传动效率高、噪声小等特点,已在机器人、机床、仪器仪表、医疗器械等领域得到应用。H公司是一家设计、研发和生产谐波减速器的企业,技术力量较强,但由于产品多为单件和小批量,制约了生产效率的提高。为改变这种状况,公司决定全面实施成组技术,本课题即在此背景下展开。论文主要完成以下工作:1.对成组技术的发展现状及成组技术实施的主要问题进行总结和综述,为公司制定实施成组技术总体规划提供参考。2.设计谐波减速器零件成组编码系统,为企业全面实施成组技术提供统一标识。3.制定谐波减速器零件机械加工成组工艺规程,规范和统
