1、软土地基处理一、施工方案本标段局部地段软土地基处理方法主要为砂垫层+土工布+超载预压、塑料排水板等，其中砂垫层8090m3、碎石垫层53490m3，土工布17580m2，石灰粉煤灰路堤20452m3，塑料排水板11723根，粘土封层3128m3，超载预压土20923m3。1、施工组织：安排软基处理施工队，其下设三个专业软基处理施工作业组，共投入施工人员100人。2、工期安排：软土地基处理施工计划时间为2004年8月1日至2004年9月30日，工期61天。二、粉喷桩1、工程概况粉喷桩桩长为12~14m，桩径均为60cm，桩距1.5m，喷灰量35~45kg/m，
