1、普通砼现场拌制本工艺标准适用于工业与民用建筑的普通混凝土的现场拌制。2.1材料及主要机具：2.1.1水泥：水泥的品种、标号、厂别及牌号应符合混凝土配合比通知单的要求。水泥应有出厂合格证及进场试验报告。2.1.2砂：砂的粒径及产地应符合混凝土配合比通知单的要求。砂中含泥量：当混凝土强度等级≥C30时，含泥量≤3%；混凝土强度等级

2、其泥块含量应≤2%，有抗冻、抗渗要求时，其泥块含量应≤l%。砂应有试验报告单。2.1.3石子（碎石或卵石）：石子的粒径、级配及产地应符合混凝土配合比通知单的要求。石子的针、片状颗粒含量：当混凝土强度等级≥C30时，应≤15%；当混凝土强度等级为C25～C15时，应≤25%。石子的含泥量（小于0.8mm的尘屑、淤泥和粘土的总含量）：当混凝土强度等级≥C30时，应≤1%；当混凝土强度等级为C25～C15时，应≤2%；当对混凝土有抗冻、抗渗要求时，应≤1%。石子的泥块含量（大于5mm的纯泥）：当混凝土
