2、的概念和关键技术，说明了单片机技术在药膳煲控制系统中的应用优势.其次，在分析药膳煲控制系统的特点与需求的基础上，设计一种微电脑控制药膳煲的控制系统，然后分析了系统中使用的电源电路，复位电路，保护电路.最后利用美国ATMEL公司生产的AT89C52单片机设计一个控制系统.实现的功能是：用单片机电路和程序来控制烧煮的温度和时间，通过按键进入中断，有几档时间设定，工作状态分为煲煮和保温，前后工作温度范围不同，模拟传统熬药过程中的大火加热与文火慢煮，达到充分释放食材中药分的效果，同时数码管显示设定时间与剩余时间.关键词：单片机；模块化C语言程序
