1、绵阳市梓潼县黎雅中学学生公寓楼土建施工图预算编制摘要:土建施工图预算是在项目的施工图设计阶段，根据建筑施工图、结构施工图、预算定额、各项取费标准以及建设地区的自然和技术经济条件等资料，编制而成的建筑工程预算造价文件。科学合理地编制施工图预算可以更加精确的确定工程造价，对于工程项目能起到至关重要的作用。本项目依据绵阳市梓潼县黎雅中学学生公寓楼施工图纸及有关图集，采用GB50500-2013《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》以及2015《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》进行计算、组价，从而确定项目的土建施工图预算造价。在编制过程中，笔者严格遵循清单和定额的工程
2、量计算规则，详细地计算了土建工程量、钢筋工程量，并据此编制了分部分项工程量与单价措施项目清单、总价措施项目清单、其他项目清单、规费与税金项目清单、分部分项工程量与单价措施项目清单计价表、总价措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、规费与税金项目清单计价表、分部分项工程综合单价分析表、措施项目综合单价分析表、主要材料价格表、单位工程投标报价汇总表、单项工程投标报价汇总表，并根据编制中的心得，完成了土建施工图预算文件编制说明。关键词：土建施工图预算；工程造价；预算文件编制Zitong CountyofMianyangCity, Liya middlescho
