2、20042.5中华人民共和国行业标准《环境空气质量标准》GB3095-963、施工准备3.1技术准备3.1.1复核水准点，必须全线联测。施工放样，采用全站仪准确测出中桩位置，并依据中桩确定各结构层边线位置。3.1.2熟悉图纸和相关规范、标准，编制施工组织设计，由项目总工程师向班组长进行书面的一级技术交底和安全交底，施工前由班组长向操作工人进行二级技术交底和安全交底。3.2机具准备3.2.1拌和设备：间歇式沥青混合料拌和站。3.2.2运输设备：大吨位自卸汽车。3.2.3摊铺设备：配备自动找平装置的摊铺机（有条件可配备沥青混合料转运车）。
