1、中文摘要伴随着改革的不断深入，社会主义市场经济快速发展。然而，在物质繁荣的背后，人际关系冷漠、司法公正遭质疑、政府信用降低、食品不安全、官员腐败等社会各领域的道德问题层出不穷。道德责任感的缺失已成为我国社会文化建设、精神文明建设乃至和谐社会建设过程中的一项重要而紧迫的课题。本文通过对我国当前公民道德责任意识的现状进行分析，有针对性地提出培养公民道德责任意识的目标内容和有效途径，以期对培养和重塑公民道德责任感起到一定的促进作用。论文正文共分为四个部分。第一部分对公民道德责任的内涵及特征作一概述。第二部分具体分析了当前我国公

2、民道德责任感缺失的各种表现并指出其危害。进而阐述了现阶段重塑公民道德责任感的意义所在。第三部分深入分析了我国公民道德责任感缺失的原因。第四部分结合前面的分析提出重建我国公民道德责任感的几点建议。论文针对我国当前存在的重大社会问题——公民道德责任感缺失这一诸多社会问题背后的根源问题，进行从现象到本质的剖析，希望能够找到有效解决这一问题的方案，对我国构建社会主义和谐社会具有一定的理论和现实意义。关键词：道德责任感；缺失；重建AbstractAlongwiththecontinuousdeepeningofreform,the
