1、9锚喷支护工程9.1锚杆支护工程9.1.1锚杆支护工程质量验收应符合本节的规定。（Ⅰ）主控项目9.1.2锚杆的杆体及配件的材质、品种、规格、强度必须符合设计要求。检查数量：不同规格的锚杆进场后，同一规格的锚杆每1500根或不足1500根的抽样检验应不少于一次。检验方法：检查产品出厂合格证或出厂试验报告和抽样检验报告，并在施工中实查。9.1.3水泥卷、树脂卷和砂浆锚固材料的材质、规格、配比、性能必须符合设计要求。检查数量：每3000卷或不足3000卷的每种锚固材料进场后抽样检验应不少于一次。检验方法：检查产品出厂合格证或出厂试验报告和抽样检验报告，并在施工中实查。9.1.4锚杆安装应牢
2、固，托板密贴壁面、不松动。锚杆的拧紧扭矩不小于100N.m。检查数量：施工班组每循环中逐根检查，并按本规范附录C表C.1做好《工序质量检验验收记录》；中间或竣工验收时，按本规范附录A表A.1的规定选检查点，抽样检查《工序质量检验验收记录》。检验方法：用扭力扳手扳动、观察，全数检查或抽查。9.1.5锚杆的抗拔力最低值不小于设计值的90%。检查数量：按本规范附录F第F.1.1条的规定选检查点。检验方法：用锚杆拉力计做抗拔力expansionprojectiscompleted,willmainlytargettheelderly,children,work-relatedinjuries
