1、WORD格式整理版毕业设计(论文)金属内伤探测器设计研究学习参考好帮手WORD格式整理版摘要本文是基于单片机AT89S52，利用电感式接近开关传感器LJ18A4-10-Z/BD设计一个简易金属探测器用于检测金属存在并进行金属个数计数，包括硬件电路和软件设计两大部分。硬件电路由传感器外围电路和单片机外围电路构成。电感式接近开关传感器是一个感应金属物体的线性器件，型号为LJ18A4-10-Z/BD的接近开关在没有检测到金属时会输出一个电流值，但当检测到金属时，输出电流值会发生变化。传感器输出为电流信号，不能直接进行A/D转换，应通过电流电压转换电路，把传感器输出电流信号转换为满足A/D转换器

2、PCF8591输入要求的电压信号。经过A/D转换后的数字信号，送入单片机处理。软件设计主要包括A/D转换、数据处理、LCD显示和报警程序四大模块。PCF8591采集系统开机电压U0和进入金属检测状态时的电压U(x)。数据处理主要完成电压值的精度转换，要求精确到小数后第二位；计算U0和U(x)差值，并判断电压差值和传感器预设灵敏度是否相等，从而判断是否检测到金属。当传感器检测到金属时，蜂鸣器报警，同时LCD显示已检测到的金属个数。关键词：金属检测；金属计数；单片机AT89S52；A/D转换器PCF8591；电感式接近开关LJ18A4-10-Z/BD学习参考好帮手WORD格式整理版Abstr

5、thastobeneeded,whichchangestheoutputcurrentsignalofsensorintovoltagesignalthatsatisfiestheinputrequirementsofPCF8591.Afteranalogtodigitalconverter(ADC),thedigitalsignalissenttomicro-controllerforprocessing.ThedesignofsoftwarecontainsfourpartswhichareADC,dateprocessing,liquidcrystaldisplay(LCD)and
