2、hasobviousadvantagesinsystemupgradingandnetworkmanagement.Astechnologyadvances,thecostofWDMopticalcomponents,especiallythepassiveopticalcomponentsdecrease,WDM—PONaccessnetworktechnologywillbethedevelopmentofapredictabletrend,andmaybetheultimatesolutionforaccessnetworks.I
3、tisnecessarytodoresearchinthewaythatWDM—PONaccessbackbonenetwork.Thenetworkconnectionsofthetwodifferentaccessnetworkshavebeenanalysed.ThenusingtheOPNETnetworkmodel,thetwoaccessmethodshavebeensimulatedrespectively.Intheconditionsthattheinternaldataindifferentproportionsan
4、ddifferentnetworkload,threekindsofdata013thetwonetworkshavebeensimulatedandcomparedrespectively.Simulationresultsshowthatthesecondaccessmethodeouldreducethenetworkdatadelaybetterandimprovenetworkperformance.DynamicwavelengthandslotallocationalgorithminWDM-PONisalsooneoft
5、hemostpopularresearches,andnOWthereis110standardalgorithm.Thereforefromanalysisofamoreclassicdynamicwavelengthslotallocationalgorithm,anewalgorithmhasbeenputforward.ThenewalgorithmprovidesalterabledefaltbandwidthforeachONUatthebeginningofeachperiod.ThenusingtheOPNETnetwo
