7、液晶显示(LCD)和等离子显示(PDP)为代表的平板显示产业,已经在便携式和大屏幕显示领域取代了CRT显示器件的统治地位,FPD的优势已经被人们所认可。现在向第3代显示技术过渡,在研究开发方面竞争得最激烈的是PDP、OLED、LCD。它们各有所长,但追求的最终目标都是一样的,即要求达到质量轻、厚度薄,高亮度、快速响应、高清晰度、低电压、高效率、长寿命、低成本。LCD是目前应用最广泛的主流平板显示技术,从小尺寸
