1、本文研究发现北部湾电子信息产业专业化程度还未达到全国水平,未形成完整的价值链。形成了北海以电子信息制造业为主、南宁以软件和信息服务业为主、桂林以光伏产品制造业为主的产业布局。北部湾地区电子信息企业的创新网络根植于国内跨地区创新系统和非东盟的跨国创新系统,而集群内部的本地网络和北部湾一东盟网络对企业创新的影响较弱。而其创新效率提高主要依靠的是跨国和国内跨地区网络中的组织邻近机制,社会邻近机制的重要性次之,认知邻近和制度邻近机制再次之。关键词:产业集群跨地区创新网络创新效率北部湾电子信息产业集群II万方数据INDUSTRIALCLUSTERREGIONALINNOVATI
