3、hesimilarprojecttenderingagencyagentnumberandprovideproofofmaterialcompliance;(4)thetenderingAgencyintendstoputintothisprojectthenumberofprofessionalstomeettherequirements;(5)areintendedtotheagentoftheprojectasaprojectmanagerhassimilarprojectsthenumberofandref
4、erencestomeettherequirements;(6)nofraudcase.8.2applicationreviewindetailtheEvaluationCommitteethroughcompliancereviewswillbeselectedfordetailedreviewoftheapplication.8.2.1tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformancerequirements(16points)tenderagentin
