1、国产封堵器介入治疗先心病中经胸超声和造影测量法的应用效果谢微广东省东莞康华医院超声科广东东莞523000【摘要】目的探讨采用国产封堵器介入治疗先心病的临床应用效果.方法2013年1月到2015年1月期间我院收治的实施国产封堵器介入治疗的先天性心脏病患者92例,其屮有22例动脉导管未闭患者,有40例房间隔缺损患者,余下均为室间隔缺损,应用胸超声心动图和造影技术进行术前诊断、术屮观察及术后的随访.结果92例患者屮有90例患者成功安装好国产封堵器,成功率为98.2%,术后24小时虽有4例患者有残余分流现象但经一个月的治疗后分流消失,经1年随访,所有患者均未出现异常现象.结
2、论采用国产封堵器介入治疗先心病具有安全可靠、手术成功率高、并发症少、操作简单、经济实惠的特点,可在临床大力推广,其屮胸超声在手术前诊断屮起重要作用,并可监测ASD手术屮置入封堵器和测定缺损最大直径;造影法则有利于PDA手术和VSD手术屮最大直径的测量,以便于选择合适的封堵器,二者在国产该手术屮均起着关键作用.【关键词】国产封堵器;先心病;胸超声;造影法【Abstract】Objectivetoinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofusingdomesticoccluderdeviceinthetreatmentofcongenitalheart
