2、anenrichingculturalcomponent.TheprogramisparticularlydesignedforChineselawstudentsandwasopenedin2007.Sofar,morethan130studentsfromseveralChineseuniversitieshaveattendedthisprogram,andmanyofthemhavegoneontopursueanAmericanJ.D.orLL.M.degree.该证书班是美国奥城大学法学院

6、及法院体系，目的是使学生理解美国的法治运行机制。2.IntroductiontoLegalResearchandWritingThiscourseintroducesthetechniquesforconductinglegalresearchusingAmericanlegalmaterials.ItprovidesanintroductiontotheAmericanstyleoflegalreasoningandlegalwriting.Theclassisdividedintosmallsec

7、tionstoenablestudentstopracticetheirskillswithfellowstudentsandreceivedirectinteractionwiththeprofessor.StudentswillhaveaccesstoLexisNexisandWestlaw,thetwomajorlegaldatabases.2.法律检索研究及法律文书写作主要应用美国法律资料介绍美国法律研究的各种资料、方法、法律原理及法律文书写作。该课程将允许学生进入美国两个主要法律检索数据库L
