1、康复新与不同药物治疗新生儿红臀的效果观察摘要:目的观察康复新液、红霉素软膏和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂治疗新生儿红臀的疗效。方法将新生儿红臀234例随机分为三组各78例,三组均于每次大便后,用温水轻轻擦拭臀部、蘸干,随湿随换以保持臀部清洁干燥。分别采用三种药膏涂抹患儿红臀后再予局部吹氧疗法,每天观察并记录用药效果,4d为1疗程。结果康复新液组的显效率明显高于红霉素软膏组和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)o结论康复新液治疗新生儿红臀能有效控制创面感染,疗程短,无毒副作用,值得临床推广。关键词:康复新液;新生儿红臀;吹氧;疗效ObservationofKangfuxi
