1、XX煤矿本质安全管理体系——安全管理制度安全办公会议制度为了进一步贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全生产方针，保障职工的安全与健康，保护国家资源和财产不受损失，保证生产稳定发展，特建立矿长安全办公会议制度。一、会议内容(一)审议批准安全工作中长期规划及安全考核指标的分解落实。(二)审定当年安全技措工程项目及资金来源。(三)研究矿发生重伤以上事故的处罚事宜。(四)研究解决安全生产中存在的重大问题及其它和安全有关的事宜。二、参加会议人员(一)安全办公会议由矿长亲自主持(矿长外出时，可由矿长指定其他领导主持)。(二)矿级其他领导及各副总。(三
2、)生产、动力、调度的科长(主任)、安监处副处长及主任、工程师、宣传、团委及工会负责安全的主要负责人。三、会议时间每月召开一次矿长安全办公会议，具体时间由办公室负责通知，办公室负责会议的记录工作，重要议程要以纪要的形式下发。四、会议提供内容单位theirownconditionstodevelopthecorrectroad,themaximumtoavoidinvestmentrisk,gainprofit.(three)vigorouslypromotethebrand.Toestablishbrandawareness,awarenessoft
