3、spectsaboutthefacilitiesofferedbysomeoriginalcomputerapplication,resultsoftheauthor'sresearch,tooptimisethenonstandardgears,consideredasasolutionforimprovingthegearstransmissionquality.Itbecameveryeasytodesign,forthesameinitialdate,symmetricgears,directorinvertedasymm

4、etricgears,finalfindthebetterfortheobjectivefunction.Keywords:computational,direct,gear,design,asymmetric1.INTRODUCTIONInvolutesgearsarethemostfrequentbecauseofthealreadyknownadvantages.Asymmetricgearscharacterizedbyasymmetricinvolutesprofilesofthetoothareusedonlyinthe

5、lastfewyears.Becausethegreatnumbersofgeometricalparameters,inrelationwiththeclassicalgears,designingandmanufacturethosespecialgearsitismoredifficult.Byusingthecomputationalmethodthisinconvenientcanbesolvedwithoutsignificantsupplementarycosts[5],[6].Asymmetricgears,form

6、edofgearwheelswithasymmetricinvolutesprofileteeth,addfurtheradvantageslikeanincreaseintheloadcapacity,adecreaseinweight,areductioninvibrations,anincreaseinefficiencyanddurability[4].Theratiobetweenthediameterofthebasecircleoftheinvolutesinactiveprofileandthediameteroft
