2、条件下施工项目，保证整个工程施工的均衡性和连续性。2.5科学地制定分部分项施工方案，以提高工程质量，确保安全生产，缩短施工工期，降低工程成本。2.6合理、充分地投入充裕的施工机械设备，扩大机械化施工范围与程度，改善劳动条件，以加快工程建设。二、执行规范依据：设计说明中明确采用的国家、部颁、江苏、无锡市的施工技术（验收）规范、规程。以及国家、江苏省颁布的现行有关建设工程质量标准、规范、规程、条例、规定等。我公司贯彻《质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系》(GB/T19001-2000idtISO9001、GB/T2400
