1、天津理工大学2012届本科毕业论文99版FIDIC施工合同条件下工程变更引起的索赔研究摘要工程索赔是工程合同当事人保护自身利益的一项重要措施，是工程合同管理的核心内容，它是衡量一个企业乃至一个国家工程合同管理水平的一项重要指标，日益引起工程承包界的重视。而索赔环节，一直是我国的薄弱环节，在国际建设工程领域中，使我国蒙受了巨大的损失，因此研究变更索赔是十分必要的。论文基于99版《FIDIC施工合同条件》，对已有文献中的工程索赔相关问题做了总结，分析变更索赔的干扰因素，为工程变更的索赔研究奠定基础。论文首先对工程索
