1、金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合症护理体会徐小蓉(成都市第五人民医院儿科四川成都611130)作者简介：徐小蓉(19717-),籍贯：四川温江，工作单位：成都市第五人民医院儿科，主管护师，木科学。【摘要】目的:总结金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤的综合护理方法，以期为提高该病的护理水平提供参考。方法：选取我院自2007年5月至2012年5月之间所收治的10例金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合症患儿作为研究对象，应早期、足量、有效的应用抗生素抗炎，维持水电解质平衡和应用丙种球蛋白增加机体免疫力等对症治疗，以清除存在体内金葡菌感染灶，防止细菌继发产牛，好预防继发感染，缩短病程。同时，采取相应的护理措施。
2、结果：患儿入院经治疗后，第二天精神太及进食情况均明显改善，出现了375°C左右的低体温。患儿皮肤脓疱疹明显改善，渗出较较治疗前明显改善，除2例患儿结痂延迟外，其他患儿均结痂良好。第3d患儿的体温回复正常，无渗出液，皮肤红斑变淡，皮肤无瘙痒感，眼睛无分泌物，眼周皱褶减轻明显。5d后患儿临床症状均改善，脓疱疹彻底清除，均结痂，结痂后部分脱落，第8d出院。结论：通过对SSSS综合症患儿护理，有效病情观察和细致周到护理，可以促进患儿创面早日愈合，有效减少并发症，降低死亡率。【关键词】金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合症；护理；分析Nursingexperienceinsamplestaphylo
