1、汕头市儿童计划免疫接种现状调查与分析【摘要】目的：调查汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率，探讨汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率的影响因素。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法，对汕头市六区一县的2009、2010年出生的儿童进行入户调查，记录接种证上记录的儿童免疫接种情况，共调查506名儿童。结果：汕头市儿童计划免疫建卡率98.4%,建证率99.0%。疫苗接种率分别为卡介苗99.8%,脊髓灰质炎疫苗全程99.4%,百白破疫苗全程99.0%,麻疹疫苗97.6%,四苗覆盖率96.8%,乙肝疫苗全程接种率为98.0%,乙肝首针及时接种率为8

8、病，计划免疫是最经济、最方便、最有效的［2］。汕头市位于广东省东南沿海，全市市区及所辖各区县均临海洋，2011年5月1日国务院批复同意将汕头经济特区范扩大到全市，含龙湖区、金平区、濠江区、潮阳区、潮南区、澄海区、南澳县“六区一县”，南澳岛是广东省唯一的海岛县。为了解汕头市儿童计划免疫接种率及影响因素，对汕头市儿童计划免疫现状进行了调查，结果如下。1资料与方法1.1调查对象采用分层抽样的方法，以汕头市辖区内2009
