1、.摘要注射模设计质量对塑料制品成型的质量、生产效率、模具加工的难易程度、模具制造成本和制造周期等有着直接的影响。本课题主要是针对RICOHCORONA的注射模具的设计,通过对塑件进行工艺分析和比较,根据塑件的主要技术指标以及材料的性能,设计模具的浇注系统、型芯和型腔等成型零部件、导向机构、脱模机构、温度调节冷却系统、排气系统等主要模具设计内容,最终设计完成一副注射模具。本次产品使用的材料为ABS+PC,其综合了PC和ABS的优良性能,一方面可以提高ABS的耐热性、抗冲击和拉伸强度;另一方面可以降低P
2、C成本和熔体粘度,提高流动性,改善加工性能,减少制品内应力和冲击强度对制品厚度的敏感性,满足了塑件所需要的优良的抗冲击性和刚性。本设计说明书设计的这副注射模具为普通浇注系统模具,采用三板模的结构;塑料件采用一模两腔、点浇口的成型方案;模具的型芯由许多小镶块组成,改善了小尺寸高精度成型镶块的加工性;循环水路冷却系统的设计提高了成型区模具温度的均匀性和调控能力;在型芯型腔镶拼块、型芯型腔固定板和分流道末端上开设专门的排气槽的排气系统的设置保证模具型腔排气顺畅。通过这些模具结构的设计,满足塑件的质量要求、
