1、.毕业论文第三方支付服务现状存在问题发展对策...摘　　　要随着互联网时代的到来，电子商务得到了迅速的发展繁荣，第三方支付服务应运而生，并迅速成长为电子商务的核心功能之一。第三方支付服务是指一些和所在国家以及国外各大银行签约、并具备一定实力和信誉保障的第三方独立机构提供的交易支持服务。发达国家第三方支付服务经过多年的探索和发展已经日趋完善和成熟，与发达国家第三方支付服务发展现状对比，我国第三方支付服务起步较晚，基础设施有待完善；第三方支付服务平台存在漏洞；第三方支付服务企业大多要依靠其他部门开展业务，自身独立性较差；监管部门职责不明确导致监管不到位、企业提供的服务没有统一的行业标准以及缺乏奖惩

2、制度等一系列问题。因此，我们要在解决以上问题的基础上，极力发展作为电子商务的核心业务之一的第三方支付服务，这对促进电子商务的发展、降低电子交易的成本、方便互联网消费者进行网购支付的结算、推动互联网支付服务的创新具有重大意义。本文共分为四个部分。首先，对第三方支付服务进行概述；其次，介绍了国内外第三方支付服务的现状；再次，分析了我国第三方支服务存在的问题；最后，提出了发展我国第三方支付服务的对策。关键词：第三方支付服务现状存在问题发展对策...ChineseThird-PartyPaymentServicePresentSituationAndDevelopmentCountermeasures
