1、饮食指导在泌尿外科护理中应用doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007—614x.2014.4.88摘要目的：探讨临床上饮食指导在泌尿外科医疗护理中的相关措施以及临床效果。方法：回顾性分析进行泌尿外科手术治疗以及其他相关手术治疗80例患者的临床资料。方法：根据患者在手术治疗期间以及术后护理过程中的具体情况，把80例患者分为两个小组，每组40例患者，第一组为观察组，在护理过程中采用科学的饮食指导进行医疗干预；第二组为对照组，采用一般的临床护理进行医疗干预。根据所得到的数据以及实际效果，对两组的临床效果及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果：经过为期8个月的医疗护理之后，观察组

2、中12例身体状况恢复良好，已经顺利出院；15例已基本恢复，但仍需留院观察治疗3个月；仅有1例成为复发结石患者；而对照组中只有8例顺利恢复，有7例患者的泌尿外科结石复发。结论：在医疗护理过程中，加强科学的饮食护理干预指导，可以有效地降低进行泌尿外科手术治疗以及其他相关手术治疗的患者的临床复发率，增加了患者康复的几率和效果，提髙患者对我院医疗护理的满意度，具有很好的临床推广的意义。应该加以完善，并在该医学领域广泛使用。关键词泌尿外科饮食护理医疗护理指导TheapplicationofdietaryguidelinesinurologycareLiHuangHospitalo
