1、子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产子宫下段岀血临床观察(虞城县人民医院妇产科河南商丘476300)【摘要】目的:观察并分析剖宫产子宫下段出血产妇行子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术(TACS)治疗的效果。方法:选取2013年5月〜2015年12月在我院产科剖宫产手术屮子宫下段出血患者70例，将其随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，各35例。对照组患者在剖宫产术屮于子宫下段给予欣母沛注射方式止血，其中部分患者进行联合传统的8字间断缝合的方法止血。观察组患者在使用缩宫素的基础上进行子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗。对比分析两组疗效。结果:
2、观察组产后24h出血量及手术时间均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)；观察组的子宫切除率及术屮输血率分别为0.00%.5.71%,明显低于对照组的17.14%.25.71%,差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论:子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产子宫下段出血的效果好，可有效降低输血率及子宫切除率，减少手术时间及产后出血量，比较经济实惠，且安全可靠，值得在临床上广泛应用。【关键词】子宫下段横形环状压迫缝合术；剖宫产；子宫下段出血【中图分类号】R713【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8231(20
