7、、四川三省毗邻地区的38个县（市、区），其中四川省13个县、贵州省10个县（市、区）、云南15个县（市、区），集革命老区、民族地区、边远山区和贫闲地区于一体，是贫闲人口分布广、少数民族聚集多的连片特困地区，是国家新一轮扶贫开发攻坚战的主战场之一。为充分丫解乌蒙Hl区马铃薯产业现状，促进该区域马铃薯产业快速健康发展，国家马铃薯产业技术体系调研了乌蒙山区马铃薯产业的基本情况、产业中存在的主耍问题、技术需求和发展趋势，全面分析了乌蒙山区马铃薯产业存在的问题，并提出该区域未来马铃薯产业发展的建议。本次调研共选择
