1、厄贝沙坦与左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病高血压的疗效比较王波(天全县中医医院内科四川天全625500)【摘要】目的：对比分析厄災沙坦与左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病高血压的疗效。方法：96例糖尿病高血压患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组患者给予左旋氨氯地平治疗，观察组患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗。对比分析两组的治疗效果及血压和血糖代谢指标。结果：观察组总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组患者的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血压较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组
2、显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组血糖代谢水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)o结论：厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压的疗效优于左旋氨氯地平，能更有效地控制血压及血糖，对于临床用药具有重要的指导意义。【关键词】厄W沙坦；左旋氨氯地平；糖尿病；高血压【中图分类号】R453【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)17-0194-02ComparisonoftheefficacyofIrbesartanandAmlodipineintre
