preparedfromcalciumcarbideresiduebythemethodoftraditionalbubbling
carbonizationinastirredtankreactor.Effectsof

chloride,additivewiththecalciumcarbideresidue,andtheconcentrationofaqueous
ammoniaandthetemperatureofcarbonizationreactionwereinvestigatedwith
experiments.Atthesametime,theflowvelocityofCO2andthestirringspeedin
carbonizationreactionswerestudied.Throughthemeasurementandch

ofCaCO3productwithXRD,SEM,BETanalyses,theobtainedCaCO3productwas
ofcubicalcrystalnano-sizedcalciumrestructurewitharange30-80nmgranularity
and50-60m2/gspecificsurface.Theresultsshowedthatitwasbenefitedforthe
formationofcubicalnano-sizedcalciumcarbonateatthesuitablytemperature,stirr

speed,theflowvelocityofCO2andelectionofadditive.Theresultsofresearchshow
thattheimpurityofinfusibilityandmetalionhasbeenremovedafterthecourseofthe
calciumcarbideresidueresolvedinwaterandammoniumchloride,andtheyieldof
