1、红外遥控温度监测系统的设计摘要:在现实生活和生产中,许多领域对温度都有着较高的要求。例如:食品加工企业中对车间的温度有着非常特别的要求,以确保产品质量;储备仓库中物品的存储质量也与温度有着密不可分的关系。对于固定点监测的场合,温度采集与显示可以直接采用人工报送的方式,但是对于分散点需要长期连续大范围监测的场合而言,人工报送在实时性方面存在一定的差距,显然不能满足需要,因此寻找一种便捷的、能够满足需求的手段成为一个亟需解决的问题。因此多点温度的监测已成为生产生活中重要的技术要求。自然,温度的采集与显示对于监测人员实时做出处理有着至关重要的作用。本温度监控系统以8位MCS-51型单片机为主控制器,
2、以高精度AD590为温度传感器,通过8位ADC0809转换得到数字量供单片机分析处理。然后单片机通过软件分析计算后将温度值通过LED点阵屏显示,通过ISD1720语音芯片进行播报。该系统能够精确测量0.1℃以内的温度,该系统同时设有可通过红外遥控设定报警上限和下限值模块,语音播报更具人性化,显示界面友好,是理想的温度监控报警的设计方案。关键词:温度,MCS-51,红外遥控,LEDTheDesignofInfraredRemoteControlTemperatureMonitoringSystemAbstract:Intherealitylifeandproduction,therearehig

6、onbyADC0809,thegatheringsignalissenttothesingle-chipforanalysis.Aftertheanalysisbythesingle-chipbasedonsoftware,thetemperatureisdisplayedbytheLED,andthenisbeenbroadcastedbytheISD1720voicechip.Thesystemcanaccuratelymeasurethetemperaturewithin0.1degreesCelsius.Atthesametime,thesystemisequippedwithamod
