1、·AbstractWiththeimprovementoftheaestheticsrequirementofteeth,peopleareconstantlylookingforthedentalrestorativematerialswhicharesimilartonaturalteeth.All-ceramicmaterialsbecomemoreandmorepopularfortheirexcellentproperties,suchasgoodtranslucent,goodbiocompatibility,s

2、tablechemicalpropertiesandabrsionresistanceetc.Butceramicmaterialshavedefect,namely,itsinherentbrittleness,whichleadstohighfractureriskandshortservicelife.Asaresult,peoplehavebeencommittedtotheresearchoftheall-ceramicmaterials.Thestrongtoughnessofall-ceramicisimpro

3、vebychangingthemethodofporcelainmaterialstructureandprocessingtechnology,sothatitcanbebettermeettherequirementsofthefunctionoftheoralcavity.Inthispaper,the3Y-TZPall-ceramicmaterialswerepreparedbymicrowavesinteringandglassinfiltrationtechnique.Theeffectsofmicrowaves

4、interingprocess,glassinfiltrationprocessonthemicrostructureandpropertiesof3Y-TZPall-ceramicmaterialswerestudied,thesuitableprocessparametersofimprovingthestrengthandtoughnessof3Y-TZPall-ceramicmaterialswereworkedout,whichcanbebetterforclinicalapplication.Theresults

5、showthat,(1)Adding5wt%ammoniumbicarbonateaspore-formingagent,thematrixporosityandporesizeismoresuitableformoltenglassinfiltration.(2)Inacertaintimeofheatpreservation(30min)conditions,withtheincreasingofmicrowavesinteringtemperature,themicrohardness,fracturetoughnes

6、s,flexuralstrengthofthesampleswith5wt%pore-formingagentareall firstincreasedandthendecreased.At1200℃themechanicalperformancereaches thebest,whichthemicrohardness,fracturetoughnessandbendingstrengthare10.49 GPa、8.52MPa·m1/2、336.74MPa,respectively.(3)Inacertainmicrow

7、avesintering temperature(1200℃)conditions,withtheincreasingofmicrowavesinteringholding time,themicrohardness,fracturetoughness,flexuralstrengthofthesamplesareall firstincreasedandthendecreased.(4)Thestructureandpropertiesofthesamplesare improvedaftermoltenglassinfi
