2、runningperiod,higherburninglossandsmokeexhaustloss,andtheinsufficientofautomaticinput.Sotheoptimalcontrolforcirculatingfluidizedbedboilerisimminent.AccordingtothetechnicalcharacteristicsanddevelopmenttrendsofCFBboiler,thearticlecomprehensivelyanalyzeCFBboilerinallkindsofequipmentandstructures.On
3、thebasisofanalysis,theCFBboilercombustionsystemismodeledandresearchedbymeansofmechanismmodeling.Advancedcontrolmethodswereputforward,thatisthecontrollerareoptimizedbytheexternalapproachtooptimizetheexistingDCS.Thearticleinstructsthestructuresofexternaloptimizationcontrollerandtheconstructionofth
4、eexternaloptimizationcontrollerplatform.Onthebasiseachcircuitofcombustionsystemisoptimized.Byintroducingthestrategyoffeedforward–feedbackcontrolandsubsectioncontrol,thearticlegottheoptimalcontroleffectwhichiscomparedwiththecontroleffectbefore.Theresultissatisfying.Inthispaper,theoptimizationwasd
5、onebyPIDcontrolstrategy.Butinthefuture,wecanintroducemoreadvancedcontrolalgorithm,suchasthemodelpredictivecontrolwhichisusedtoimprovethecontrolquality.Asthefullusingofexternaloptimizationcontroller,theresultimprovestheautomaticdegreeoforiginalDCS.Thestrategynotonlysavesthemanpower,butalsobecondu
