2、semiconductorsplayers,meanwhile,3PLscanfurtherimproveitscorecompetenceandserviceleveltobetterservesemiconductorindustrybythein-depthstudyofthepaperwheretheycanfindtheirownstrengthandweakness.Thepaperbuildsthe3PLevaluatingsystembystudyingoftherelatedliteratureandtheexperiencelearnedfromtherea
3、lpracticeinselectingandevaluating3PLinsemiconductorcompanyinthepastfewyears.Inthispaper,thespecialrequirementsto3PLlogisticsandtheexisting3PLssituationareanalyzed,bytheusingthemethodologyofAHP,thepapersuggeststhe3PLevaluatingsystemforsemiconductorindustryandweighstheindictorsaswell,whichishe
4、lpfulto3PLselectiondecision-making.Basedontheoutcomesfromthepaper,thereare61stlevelindictorsevaluated,theyare:Capabilities,Cost,InformationSystem,FinancialStatus,SecurityandOther,foreachofthem,thereareasub-levelindictorstobeconsidered.Thepapersuggests,thenumberoneindictortobeconsideredwhenev
5、aluating3PLisCapabilities,whichisquitedifferencetotheopinionofmostofscholarswhooftenthinCostisthemostimportantonetobeconsidered,toevaluate3PL’sCapabilities,thetransportationnetworkandtransportationcapabilityisthefirstonestoevaluate.andthepapermentionsthesemiconductorplayersshallfocusonReason
