2、047030001二○一一年四月摘要银屑病是一种常见的受多种因素影响的慢性红斑鳞屑性皮肤病，目前尚不能根治，为形成该病的针灸治疗方案，验证火针疗法的疗效及安全性,本课题采取随机对照设计，将60例静止期寻常型银屑病（血瘀型）的患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组采用火针疗法治疗，对照组则采用他扎罗汀乳膏外用，对两组疗效及安全性进行指标观测和临床评价。经统计分析，两组基线情况未见显著差异，一个疗程后，结果显示治疗组PASI积分由2.39±1.55分减为0.45±1.2分，对照组PASI积分由2.37±1.53减为0.99±1.39，两

3、组治疗都有效。以临床痊愈及显效的例数与各组总例数之比作为总有效率，治疗组疗效肯定（总有效率为90.00%），其总有效率明显高于西药组的治疗效果（总有效率为63.3%）。治疗组皮损消退30%的时间为11.03±6.32天，对照组为16.40±6.54天，课题进行过程中，两组均未见明显副作用。证实了火针在该病的治疗上具有安全、有效、快速的特点。关键词：银屑病火针疗法随机对照AbstractPsoriasisisacommonkindofdermopathyinfluencedbymanyfanctors,asischaracteredbych
