1、中文摘要对外贸易和产业结构升级是经济领域的两大热点问题。国内外学者对这两个问题分别作了大量的理论分析和实证研究，但是对二者之间相互影响的研究并不多，其理论体系尚不成熟。本文以浙江省为例，对其对外贸易发展以及在此基础上的产业结构变化情况进行回顾总结，并对浙江省的具体发展情况进行对比与相关性分析，从而估计和预测对外贸易的发展情况对于提升产业结构的作用。论文的结构安排如下：论文共分为五章，绪论部分主要包括论文研究背景、意义、研究的内容和意义，以及相关综述；第二章对外贸易与产业结构升级，按“升级内涵”、“动力机制”、“对外贸易与产业升级”的顺序展开；第三章具体对浙江对外
