1、基于价值工程的市政排水工程设计阶段的造价控制摘要随着国民经济的飞速发展，我国的城市化进程也不断加快，各级政府均投入了大量人力、物力和财力进行排水工程等城市基础设施的建设。然而，与庞大的资金需求相比，排水项目建设资金的投入依然是非常有限和缺乏的，资金短缺己成为制约城市建设与发展的瓶颈。因此，如何节约投资、提高资金的投资效果就成了人们关注的焦点，而这也是排水工程建设领域一项非常重要的研究课题。工程造价的控制是造价管理的核心，它贯穿于工程建设的全过程，而设计阶段是在这一过程中进行造价控制的重点。本文在对排水工程进行一定介绍的基础上，重
